Boasting more than 4,000 attendees, Connect is one of the industry’ s largest and most prominent gatherings of financial advisors, wealth managers, bankers and accounting, investment and home office professionals. Designed in partnership with representatives from each of Cetera’s member firms, the purpose of the event is to bring industry leaders together to redefine and transform the client-advisor relationship in an era of technological innovation, operational disruption and profound demographic shifts.
In 2019, Summit’s Leader’s, Chairman’s and President’s Club members enjoyed a trip to the JW Marriott on Marco Island, Florida.
In partnership with representatives from each of Cetera’s member firms, Connect18 saw 3,500 advisors, home office employees and product sponsors participate in a unique and enlightening slate of networking and learning opportunities all focused on transforming the advisor and client experience to create sustainable competitive advantages. The event included more than 200 breakout sessions, providing ample opportunity for attendees to hear from a wide range of business and political thought leaders, and to meet with professionals from both their own firms and others in the Cetera network.
In 2018, Summit’s Leader’s, Chairman’s and President’s Club members enjoyed a trip to the Arizona Biltmore.
With over 625 total attendees, the theme of the three-day Conference, Advancing What’s Next, was evident in every session. Summit’s goal was to provide the advisors and their assistants with actionable strategies that will pioneer the next chapter of the industry’s evolution, by redefining the way financial advice is delivered to clients. This year’s VIP guest was Martina Navratilova, legendary 18-Time Grand Slam Champion.
In 2017, Summit’s Leader’s, Chairman’s and President’s Club members enjoyed a trip to the Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas.
With over 600 in attendance, the theme of the three-day Conference, People, Purpose & Passion, focused on networking with “People,” facilitating these relationships to help find their “Purpose,” or the direction they want to take their business, and to reenergize their practice by stimulating the “Passion,” or motivation to reach their goals. This year’s VIP Speaker was Mark Spitz, legendary 9-Time Olympic Gold Medalist.
In 2016, Summit’s Leader’s, Chairman’s and President’s Club members enjoyed a trip to San Francisco and Napa Valley, California.
With over 500 in attendance, the theme of the three-day Conference, Growth in Action, focused on providing Summit’s advisors and their branch associates with the tools and strategies for them to organically grow and expand their businesses.This year’s VIP Speaker was Tom Arnold.
In 2015, Summit’s Leader’s, Chairman’s and President’s Club members enjoyed a trip to Casa de Campo, La Romana, Dominican Republic.
